Kraken: New Head of Growth to drive DACH growth

Kraken, the crypto exchange founded in 2011, has appointed Nazli Visne as Head of Growth for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This newly created role underscores the company's goal of further expanding its strong market position in Europe.
Against the backdrop of strong regional growth, Nazli Visne will in future promote initiatives aimed at strengthening brand presence and attracting new customers in German-speaking markets.
With more than ten years of leadership experience in established fintech companies, she brings “sound expertise in building and scaling financial brands in the region.” Most recently, she served as Country Manager at IG Group, where she successfully expanded the brand in the German market.
“I am very excited to join the Kraken team at such an exciting stage of crypto adoption in Germany,” says Visne. “With the new MiCA regulations providing a clear legal framework, we have a great opportunity to enable even more people to safely access the crypto market. Germany has a vibrant and demanding investor community, and I look forward to shaping the future of finance together with them.”

In Europe, Kraken claims to lead in Euro trading volume and liquidity, and offers a broad, regulated product range – from spot and derivatives trading to staking and tokenized assets, as well as fiat services.
