Bitcoin Miner CleanSpark Mined 685 BTC in June, Achieving 16.15 J/TH Efficiency

In June, CleanSpark (CLSK) reached 50 EH/s, expanding its operations into four states in the U.S. and increasing its fleet's average efficiency to 16.15 joules per terahash (J/TH).

The Las Vegas-based company mined 685 BTC last month, bringing its total annual output to 3,968 BTC. All of the coins were self-mined, bringing the total number of bitcoins in storage to 12,608, making it the seventh-largest holder of publicly traded bitcoins, beating Tesla by one spot.

CleanSpark sold 578.51 BTC worth $61.2 million, with an average sale price of $105,860, exceeding the monthly volume-weighted average price.

“June 2025 was a big month for CleanSpark,” said CEO Zach Bradford. “We achieved our mid-year target of 50 EH/s… with a fully autonomous infrastructure.”

The company has signed contracts for an additional 179 megawatts (MW) of capacity, bringing its total contracted capacity to 987 MW. The new capacity is expected to provide a hashrate increase of over 10 EH/s.

CleanSpark also launched a digital asset management program that includes a spot trading strategy and derivatives use. This initiative saw initial growth in June, underscoring the company’s broader focus on optimization and operational leverage.
